Introduction[edit|edit source]

Primary brain tumors are a heterogeneous group of benign and malignant tumors arising from the brain parenchyma and its surrounding structures[1].大脑and other central nervous system tumors are an important cause for morbidity, mortality[1]and long-term disabling effects[2]for adults and children which can be a burden for both families and health-care system[1]. These effects are due to the tumor itself or because of the effects of medical management, for instance, surgical complications, chemotherapy effects and neurotoxic effects of radiation. It is proved that even benign or low -grade brain tumors can cause significant disabiity[2].
